RegistrationCONFERENCE FEES
Please pay for conference before 1st July Registration is open to all persons interested in any of the wide range of topics relevant to the AQR / DPR. Those who wish to attend the Conference should access the online Conference Registration Form. Each registrant must fill in a separate form. Please note that all people intending to attend the Conference must register, including all delegates and speakers. For delegates needing to pay by cheque, please download the Conference Registration Form and send with payment to the Conference Managers. Cheque payments must be a bank cheque in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted. Click here to download the Conference Registration Form. If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference organisers prior to 1 July 2012, a full refund will be given (less a $100 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate would be accepted. Cancellation of hotel bookings are the responsibility of delegates and refunds will be in accordance with the hotel's policy. * A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. A copy of your student identification card is required when you submit your registration form. Please email or mail a copy when you submit your registration. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged. |
