Submissions

Submission of Papers and Posters.

There are several formats to share your research:

• Fully refereed papers submitted for publication in the AQR Journal, Qualitative Research Journal;
  
• Working papers (which will have the same amount of presentation time but will be assessed by extended abstract) and;
  
• Poster presentation.

Diverse and interesting presentations are encouraged. Doctoral students are especially welcome and supported.

Submission Deadline - all abstracts: 31 July 2007
Papers that are to be reviewed prior to the Conference need to be received by 31 July 2007. Notification of the outcome of the review will be received by 31 August 2007. Papers to be reviewed after the final scripts due: 30 November 2007

All abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings which will be available on CD.

Refereed papers
Abstracts should be no more than 250 words. Papers should be up to 6,000 words and can be reviewed before or after the Conference. Those reviewed prior to the Conference will be published in the AQR Journal in early 2008.

Authors may present a paper at the Conference and submit to Qualitative Research Journal afterwards. In this case, the usual review process for QRJ will apply.

Working Papers
Working papers will be assessed by the submission of an extended abstract (1000 words) in addition to the short abstract of 250 words that will be made available in the conference proceedings.

Poster presentations
Posters will be assessed by 250 word abstract, and some indication of poster layout. Posters will have a space of 1 square metre allocated and the presenter will need to be available at set times for conversation
with interested delegates.

Presentations
All paper presentations will be 20 minutes and all presentation rooms are equipped with full audio visual equipment.
